Teaching Assistant (TA) Information Webpage

TA Salary

Teaching assistantships (50% FTE) pay a monthly stipend which ranges from $1285-$1484. Tuition is waived, except for non-waivable fees of approximately $194-$233/quarter. Assistantships include paid health insurance in the Student Appointee Health Plan for the student and one half of the insurance is paid for dependents. Students receive letters of appointment each quarter or academic year to confirm their appointments.

Paydays in 2005 - informs you when to expect your paychecks (dependent on the dates of your TA appointment).
