Certificate Program in Smart Grid Technologies
Certificates offer individuals an opportunity to update their skills, gain current knowledge in the field, as well as take advantage of valuable networking opportunities. Courses in the certificate utilize scheduled offerings in our Professional Masters Program (PMP) and are offered in the evening. Individuals who begin in the certificate program will have the option to later apply these course credits toward the full PMP degree program (should they later decide to apply and end up being admitted to the PMP).
(The EE department is also in the planning stages of launching additional certificate programs in the 2012-2013 academic year. Although still to be finalized, these might include Controls, Electromagnetics, Wireless Communications, and Digital Signal Processing.)

The Smart Grid Technologies and Management Certificate Program consists of the following three courses:
