Guang Li Dinh Bowman
Dinh Bowman received BSEE degree from the University of Washington in 2002. He is currently a Master's program student at the Electrical Engineering Department, University of Washington. Dinh is a former recipient of the Washington Space Grant Undergraduate Research Scholarship, EEIC Undergraduate Scholarship, and the IEEE Power Engineering Society Travel Award. In 2001 he won the second place in the UW EEIC undergraduate poster contest. His research interest include RFID applications in power systems, sensor design, and embedded digital systems. In his free time, he hones his skills in digital photography.

Guang Li Gaung Li
Guang Li received his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University in 1996. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington. His research interests include power system economics, power system dynamics, intelligent system applications to power systems, and real-time transient stability measurement and control.

Henry Louie
Henry was born in Fort Lewis, Washington in 1979. He holds a BSEE from Kettering University ('02) and a MSEE from the University of Illinois ('04) at Urbana-Champaign. After receiving his BSEE, he gained valuable work experience commissioning energy facilities and high voltage substations with Power Engineers Inc. His research interests include power system optimization, FACTS devices and power system economics. When he is not in the office he enjoys cooking with his fiancee, trivia and watching baseball.

Kevin Schneider Kevin Schneider
Kevin served in the U.S. Navy on the submarine U.S.S. Los Angeles, stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, from 1992 to 1998. In 1998, he enrolled in the Physics Department at the University of Washington where he worked on a gravitational research project. He received his B.S. in Physics at the end of Winter Quarter 2001, and joined the Department of Electrical Engineering in Spring Quarter 2001, to pursue a MSEE in power engineering which he completed in 2002. He is currently working with Prof. Chen-Ching Liu as a Ph.D. student. Kevin enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, and running in his spare time.
