ptscext.m
simulates the extinction coefficient due to a collection of randomly
distributed point scatterers. The point scatterers are divided into clusters.

#### Input Parameters

**nc**: number of clusters
**npc**: number of point
scatterers per cluster
**wavel**: incident
wavelenght (meter)
**L**: length of cubic box
(of wavelengths)
**lc**: length of cluster
(of wavelengths)
**fp**: real part of
scattering amplitude
**tai**: polar incidence
angle (degree)
**phi**: azimuthal incidence
angle (degree)
**nrlz**: number of
realizations
**seed**: seed for random
numbers

seed=123456, nc=1, npc=250, lc=L=50
