| Course Description | Compact modeling of semiconductor devices. Analytical models, standard SPICE models, lumped-charge models using an AHDL language. Emphasis on basic diode, MOSFET, BJT, and other models of student interest, including sensor, photonic and power models. Compact models using an AHDL language model design project. |
