Dry Boxes

 

These are wall mounted compartmentalized cabinets that are used for storing wafers, tooling, and other process materials. They can be flushed with dry nitrogen to remove moisture.

MATERIALS

Only clean, wiped-down storage boxes are allowed. Loose tooling items must be wiped down with IPA and/or wrapped in ziplock bags or aluminum foil.
