HIGH-RESOLUTION SPR INSTRUMENTATION FOR REFRACTOMETRY AND BIOMOLECULAR INTERACTION ANALYSIS

The group has developed several generations of SPR sensing devices based on the excitation of surface plasmons using the attenuated total reflection method in prism coupler-based structures. The current prism-based SPR sensor system relies on the wavelength interrogation of SPR. The system offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of refractive indices of analyte (1-1.5) and a high refractive index resolution (better than 510-7).
