| HIGH-RESOLUTION SPR INSTRUMENTATION FOR REFRACTOMETRY AND BIOMOLECULAR INTERACTION ANALYSIS |
|
The group has developed several generations of
SPR sensing devices based on the excitation of surface plasmons using
the attenuated total reflection method in prism coupler-based structures.
The current prism-based SPR sensor system relies on the wavelength interrogation
of SPR. The system offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of refractive
indices of analyte (1-1.5) and a high refractive index resolution (better
than 5×10-7). |
