Professor Daniel Kirschen has been awarded a 1.4 million dollar grant from the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), Green Electricity Network Integration (GENI) for a project entitled “Energy Positioning: Control and Economics.” He will be carrying out this project in collaboration with Professor Ian Hiskens of the University of Michigan.
