Submit your master's degree request online with the Graduate School. The request period commences on the first day of the quarter you intend to graduate and continues until the Sunday of the ninth week (seventh week in Summer) of the quarter you intend to graduate. Note that Master's Degree Requests do not carry over from previous quarters - if you applied to graduate for a specific quarter and did not graduate during that quarter for any reason, you must submit a new Master's Request during the quarter that you intend to graduate.

The PMP Advisor will perform a degree audit to verify that you have completed all of the minimum requirements in order to graduate and earn the MSEE. After the audit is approved, the PMP Advisor will make an official recommendation to the Graduate School to approve your master’s degree request. Note that ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary graduation paperwork has been filed by the published deadlines, and is not the responsibility of the PMP Advising Office.
