Meeting Room Reservation Request Form

Please fill out all the information below, then click on the "Submit your request" button at the bottom of the page. Allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.

If, after making your reservation, you find you're not going to need it after all - please let us know so other people can take advantage of the opening.

You must read and agree to the following policies and terms of use:

Policies:

  • Meeting room and equipment reservation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Submission of this form does not imply that you have a reservation. After your request has been processed (normally within 24 hours), you will receive another email confirming your reservation.
  • Meeting rooms are for ECE and CoE use only, unless otherwise noted.
  • Please only reserve meeting rooms that are an appropriate size for your meeting (e.g. Room 303 has a capacity of about 50 people and should not be used for small meetings.) ECE reserves the right to move your meeting to a room of appropriate size based on indicated attendance.

Terms of Use: Allow enough time for the following tasks - you MUST make sure they have been completed before you vacate the room.

  • Throw away all trash (i.e. paper, cups, napkins, etc.)
  • Clean and wipe down all markings on the white boards
  • Raise all blinds, and close all windows
  • Stack all unnecessary chairs and put aside
  • Arrange furniture the way it was found
  • Turn off all equipment including projectors, along with the room lights
  • Shut door upon leaving

By checking this box, I indicate I understand the policies and agree to abide by the terms of use listed above.
