Electrical Engineering CarEEr Fair
EE holds a CarEEr Fair annually in January. Attending companies have an opportunity to network with both undergraduate and graduate students

HKN/IEEE Casino Night
Following the CarEEr Fair, our student organizations host their annual Casino Night, which gives company representatives, students, and EE faculty an opportunity to network in a casual, fun, atmosphere.

EE Welcome Industry Night
The event will start with an alumni reception, where EE alumni, industry representatives, and student organization officers are invited to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and good conversation in the EE lobby. A student-industry mixer will follow, where students and industry representatives will have a chance to have small-group conversations.

The Dean Lytle Electrical Engineering Endowed Lecture Series
The Dean Lytle Electrical Engineering Endowed Lecture Series is the department’s premiere annual event, featuring internationally renowned researchers in the field of communications and signal processing. The Lytle Endowed Lecture Series was made possible by a fundraising campaign led by Dean Lytle’s PhD student, Dr. Louis Scharf (Class of '69).

Research Colloquium Series
The Colloquium series features EE and peer faculty, as well as technical experts in the field of electrical engineering. This is an ongoing series during autumn, winter and spring quarters.
