Ultrathin Flexible Quantum Dot Devices on Nanocellulose Paper

Lin_ultrathin-flexible-quantum-dot-devices-on-nanocellulose-paper EDITMade from the same cellulose materials as regular paper, but with new engineered methods to
reduce the size of the cellulose fibers, nanocellulose papers can achieve highly transparency (>90%) and smoothness (<10 nm). Furthermore, nanocellulose paper is biodegradable and environmentally friendly. At the same time, solution-processed quantum dots (QDs) have high optical qualities with high fabrication flexibility. We integrate these QDs with nanocellulose paper to achieve ultrathin flexible optoelectronic devices.
