Non-degree enrollment in UW ECE courses allows students who are not enrolled in an electrical engineering Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree program to broaden or update their skill set. Both undergraduate and graduate courses are available to non-degree students if space is available and prerequisites are met. Depending on future academic goals, some credits may be applied to a graduate program.
Why UW ECE?
World-class faculty instruct courses at all levels. Hands-on projects strengthen your skills and prepare you for real-world projects.
Admissions
Admission to undergraduate non-matriculated status is as easy as completing a few forms. For graduate non-matriculated status, applications are reviewed by the UW’s Graduate School.
Curriculum
Non-degree students may take any course, levels 100-500, if space is available and prerequisites are met.
