Tsang Wins 2013 IEEE Electromagnetics Award

tsangProfessor Leung Tsang has been named the recipient of the 2013 IEEE Electromagnetics Award for his “contributions to statistical electromagnetic theory and applications in remote sensing of complex geophysical environments.

Recipients are recognized for their outstanding contributions to electromagnetics in theory, application or education. The IEEE Electromagnetics Award was established by the Board of Directors in 1996 and is an IEEE Technical Field Award. As one of IEEE’s most prestigious honors, this award “pays tribute to technical professionals whose exceptional achievements and outstanding contributions have made a lasting impact on technology, society, and the engineering profession.”
