Jimin Kim is a researcher in Computational Neuroscience, Data-Driven Modeling and Deep Learning based Artificial Intelligence. Jimin develops mathematical models for the whole nervous systems of real organisms to better understand how they translate sensory signals to behaviors. He is interested in biological neural networks’ relationship to artificial neural
networks, state-of-the-art AI systems, and integrating deep learning methods with nervous system models to accelerate our understanding of the brain and AI for the good of humanity.
