Melissa Meyer’s URSI Paper Wins Contest

Melissa Meyer has won First Prize in the Student Paper Contest at the US/Canada meeting of URSI (international union of radio science) for her paper “Passive VHF Radar Interferometer Implementation and Observations”.

Melissa, along with other students, submitted manuscripts for review many months ago. Four finalists were selected to present their papers orally at the conference in Columbus Ohio.
