We’re happy you’re here!
Whether you are returning to UW EE for another year or are new to these innovative halls, we are so excited to have you with us. Below are a few resources for you as you continue or begin your UW EE journey.
Student Clubs and Organizations
Opportunities are boundless at the UW. For engineers, we are in a unique position as we are encouraged to embrace both industry and research. The College of Engineering offers numerous clubs, from Greek-sponsored to grass-roots. There are competitions, which deliver hands-on experience in a public forum. There are causal clubs, where you build robots just for the fun of it. No matter what you’re interested in, there is a place for you here.
Research
Because our faculty research spans across disciplines, UW EE is a top department to gain valuable research experience. From large robotics to microscopic semiconductors, there is always something to invent and build. Browse faculty research by viewing our research areas pages.
Events
There’s a lot happening at UW EE. We have events for all interests. From our monthly colloquia research series to our student organization social gatherings, there is always an event for learning, networking and fun.
